And our process for developing a new product or service is simple.

What we do

First, we listen to your organization's story, so that we can understand your business goals and determine how to move forward.

Next, we come up with ideas about what types of products can be developed to meet your organization's goals while providing an undeniable, obvious value to your community.

From there, we typically use drawings, animations, sketchcasts (?), protocasts (?), and so on to create a digital story for each of the best product ideas to illustrate their purpose, benefit, and usage. Later on, these digital stories help everyone make feature decisions, keep the product focused, and keep the end goal in mind.

Finally, we choose a product to pursue and start product comparisons and feature definition. Once all this is in place, we move on to the design.
