This document describes the vision, plan, design criteria, success metrics, & more.
- Design: We create wireframes & prototypes either on our own or in collaboration with your designers. We also spell out step-by-step use cases for each interaction so there's no guesswork later on. We continue to evaluate new designs and recommend changes during development.
- Measure: Once the designs are implemented & launched, we use various methods to measure their effectiveness.
- Iterate: Finally, we recommend changes to the design to improve the results, whether that means fine-tuning a design or trying something new.
